Prime Real Estate Review Center, Inc. is one of the best Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)-accredited service providers in the country. Having been in operation for the past few years, they have been conducting Continuing Professional Development (CPD) seminars regularly for sales persons and real estate brokers in compliance with the strict requirement of PRC & Housing and Land Used Regulatory Board (HLURB) in renewing their licenses since Real Estate Service Act (R.A.9646) of the Philippines was signed into law more than 5 years ago.
Last May 24, 2015, more than 10,000 participants all over the Philippines took the exam administered by the Board of Real Estate Services. Unfortunately, only 5,220 (50%) passed due to the intricacies of the board exam. Out of compassion, PRC has decided to give those who failed one more chance by offering a last and final exam on Feb 28, 2016. Moreover, they extend the gesture to first-timers who also want to become Licensed Real Estate Brokers.
It is on this note that Prime Real Estate Review Center, Inc. – whose proven track record in producing successful passers has been remarkable, thus, gaining the trust and confidence of different prominent developers – is inviting sales people to attend our Comprehensive Real Estate Seminar & Review (CRESAR) to receive quality education and dedicated service.
Prime Real Estate Review Center and Services, Inc. is truly committed to provide top-notch quality training to all aspiring real estate professionals. This is the reason why we are consistent in inviting resource speakers & lecturers of top caliber, whose mastery in their craft of lecturing would ensure our students to pass the exam with flying colors. Once again, we are ready to face the challenge of conducting another CRESAR to focus on helping people become real estate service professionals.
Moreover, we aim to lessen the number of brokers who have been in the realty business for the longest time with no license whatsoever. These practitioners, who are doing unethical practice and are willing to rebate their professional fees to convince property owners to hire their services, are our more aggressive competitors in the real estate field. They can afford to lower their rate of commission because they do not spend for CPD seminars and for license renewal every three years.
The February 2016 exams will be the last and final Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination; on the subsequent year, it will already be a 4-year course called Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management (BSREM).We are therefore calling the attention of college graduates of any four year-course (CHED accredited) to attend a 15-day or 120-hour seminar and review to qualify for the February 2016 board exam. Sessions start on Nov. 14, 2015, 9am-6pm, every Saturday & Sunday until January 2016.
Grab the opportunity and be among those successful brokers who have already made millions in the real estate industry.
