It’s a bit more affordable than his new Beverly Hills mansion, that’s for sure.
Over two months after purchasing the swanky mansion once owned by rapper P. Diddy, boxing superstar Manny Pacquiao has now re-listed his villa located in the luxurious area of Hancock Park in Los Angeles, California. The selling price? A cool $ 2.7 million, or Php 121,608,000.
What does this amount get you? According to realtor.com, the two-story villa, which was featured on MTV Cribs, is 4,273 sqf (396.97 sqm for the curious), has five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, a kitchen outfitted with top-of-the-line equipment, and a spacious master bedroom with a balcony where you can stand and admire your property. And these aren’t even its best parts.
The Mediterranean-inspired home’s most outstanding features include a 22-foot-high entryway, a built-in coffee bar, and a swimming pool and spa with a fire and water feature. Not bad for a home that’s a far cry from the $12-million mansion he now calls home.
We’ll let these photos speak for themselves:
