Vista Land Targets 100 Cities and Municipalities in 2016

The country’s largest homebuilder targets to achieve presence in a total of 100 cities and municipalities across the Philippines in 2016

Vista Land, the Philippines’ largest homebuilder, continues its expansion across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao and is set to hit 100 cities and municipalities in 2016. Not only is the Manny Villar-owned subdivision and housing developer having the widest geographical reach among the country’s real estate developers, it is also a pioneer in vast master-planned developments across the regions.

With already 23 established and thriving projects called “communicities,” which integrate the comfort of a community and the commerce of a city, Vista Land has realized the huge potential outside Metro Manila way before its peers. Recognizing the substantial housing backlog outside the National Capital Region, it is Vista Land’s mission to provide affordable quality housing to every Filipino.

Facing and addressing the demand for affordable housing has allowed Vista Land to register unprecedented growth throughout its 40 years of experience. While other national players choose major cities with bankable progress as launch pads of their developments, Vista Land builds from scratch and catalyzes progress even in second-tier cities and municipalities primarily through Camella, its flagship brand.

No other real estate developer on a national scale, save for Vista Land, has embarked on building developments in such areas as Candon in Ilocos Sur; Roxas City, Capiz; Butuan, Agusan del Norte; Panabo, Davao del Norte; Tagum City, Davao del Norte; Ozamiz City, Misamis Occidental; General Santos City, South Cotabato; Koronadal, South Cotabato; and Pagadian, Zamboanga del Sur.
