To encourage young professionals to take that big first step towards living independently, Avida just launched a new TV commercial emphasizing the benefits of having your own place.
The new ad is a sequel to the commercial about Migs, whose story begins when he takes his father on a tour of his newly bought Avida condo, hoping to seek his approval. This time around, the focus is on him experiencing the features and amenities of his unit, while still keeping in mind the ideals he learned from his parents.
Avida sees Migs as representative of many young Filipinos who hit success early in life and want to take advantage of the benefits that living independently can offer. With the new ad, the real estate company hopes to encourage these young professionals to make their dream of personal independence a reality.
“We have seen a phenomenal rise in the number of young people who can now afford to purchase their own condominium units,” Avida Land Corp. Marketing Head Tess Tatco noted. “It is a good sign that more Filipino young professionals are getting smarter in making responsible, discerning choices in life and they have realized the value of investing for their future.”
