To bring their real estate offerings more available to the public, local property developer Avida Land recently opened the doors to their flagship showroom located at the second floor of Glorietta 4.
“We are proud of this latest Avida milestone which showcases its latest product offerings in a very accessible location here in Glorietta,” Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI) President Antonino Aquino said.
Designed to display the different rooms offered in Avida’s latest developments, the showroom aims to introduce visitors to the look and feel of a typical Avida condo. A studio unit is patterned after those sold in Avida Towers Asten in Makati. A one-bedroom unit is based on a unit in Serin West Tagaytay, Avida’s first vacation development. The two-bedroom unit on display is representative of Avida Towers Altura, the condo development in the brand’s first large-scale mixed-use community, Muntinlupa’s South Park District.
“The showroom gives people an idea of what their future Avida home can look like. We want to give them a preview of homes that Avida offers – thoughtfully-designed, located in secure communities and just within reach for young professionals, newlyweds and emerging families,” Avida Land President Christopher Maglanoc said.
If you want to check out the units available in Avida’s various developments, you can stop by Avida Showroom Glorietta Mondays to Thursdays at 10AM to 9PM, or Fridays to Sundays from 10AM to 10PM.
