Camella is giving house buyers four new options as they launch more house-and-lot projects within Metro Manila.
Local housing brand Camella recently launched four new housing projects in Metro Manila: Camella Ellisande in Taguig, Camella Glenmont Trails in Quezon City, Camella Verra Metro North in Valenzuela City, and Camella Carson at Vista City in Daang Hari.
According to the brand, their decision to build more house-and-lot developments within Metro Manila is their way of supplying this type of dwelling to buyers who choose to live in traditional houses rather than condo buildings.
“Our projects, built in the most carefully selected and attractive locations, stand proud amidst the popularity of mid and high rise condominiums across the city,” Camella President Maribeth Tolentino said.
“Despite the sparse land in the Metro, the company understands that there are still those who prefer to live in their own house rather than in condominiums, so we continue to develop these beautiful projects situated near their workplace, commercial and business centers, government services, educational institutions, hospitals, churches, and key transportation hubs,” she added.
All four projects are built with facilities like clubhouses with function halls, swimming pools, playgrounds, basketball courts and parks. Security features include high perimeter fences, a guarded entrance, roving guards, and a CCTV system.
Camella also said aside from being an ideal home for end users, their properties are also ideal investments. Tolentino explained: “A Camella property like the Pacific Residences in Taguig valued at Php 2.3 million seven years ago is now worth Php 8.0 million. In fact, all current Camella projects launched in the past five years have already appreciated at an average of 8% to 10% per annum.”
Camella is the flagship brand of Vista Land & Lifescapes, Inc., a real estate brand headed by businessman and former Senate President Manny B. Villar. Its portfolio is composed of nearly 300,000 homes in 34 provinces and 85 cities and municipalities.
