Vista Land–owned Camella recently celebrated its 40th anniversary last August 27, 2017, in Vista Mall Taguig. The day was filled with exciting activities and announcements for Camella clients and members of the media.

One of the most exciting news unveiled during the celebration is the launching of Camella’s “RICH” program. RICH—which stands for Refer and Invest in Camella Homes—is a recruitment program that aims to target young professionals and adults who are looking for ways to earn extra income.

Camella came up with this referral program that aims to benefit Filipinos all over the country. More than just being a developer that provides quality and affordable homes to Filipino families, the noted subdivision and housing developer aspires to be a company that provides exciting opportunities for Filipinos ways to earn extra income via real estate selling.

In the past 40 years, Camella has been providing employment to hundreds of Filipinos through its various real estate projects. Now that Camella is deemed as one of the most preferred builders of value-for-money homes, the company is continually devising ways to give back to the Filipino people. With this in mind, the RICH program was conceptualized as a suitable on-the-side job for every Filipino.

Camella’s referral scheme involves two very easy steps: first, just visit the nearest Camella office in your area or fill up an online form found on Camella’s website to be a duly accredited Camella seller. Second, update your contacts and widen your network to be able to refer anyone who wishes to avail themselves of any of Camella’s properties. A family member, a friend, an acquaintance, or anyone who is looking into purchasing a residential property soon is qualified as a referral.

Everyone is invited to join and be accredited to refer homebuyers and investors in the RICH recruitment program. Aside from providing additional returns to interested individuals, the program will also serve as a training ground for aspiring real estate professionals.

According to a 2015 Nielsen survey, 83 percent of investors and buyers acknowledged that they would more likely accept recommendations from people they know and trust. With this in mind, the RICH referral program encourages sellers to really study their network and refer as many as they can. Through the program, an accredited seller who refers a buyer that eventually leads to a successful sale that costs around Php4.5 million can take home a commission of as much as Php125,000. This figure is just for one property, so just imagine how much more one can get if they are able to find a good number of suitable referrals.

Those interested in becoming an accredited Camella seller may visit www.camella.com.ph and fill up an online form.
