Megaworld’s subsidiary Global Estate Resorts, Inc. (GERI) will soon begin the construction of the first condo development in Southwoods City, their 561-hectare township spanning the boundaries of Carmona, Cavite and Biñan, Laguna. Dubbed Holland Park, the low-rise condo cluster is said to be inspired by the architectural aesthetics of Copenhagen, Denmark.
“These residences right at the heart of the booming Southwoods City CBD will be perfect for families finding a refreshing abode surrounded by the lush greeneries of the township’s own golf course," GERI VP for sales and marketing Rachelle Peñaflorida said.
Peñaflorida revealed that the launch Holland Park was prompted by the fast pick-up of Southwoods’ 26-hectare residential village Pahara, and added that 90% of the village's lots have already been sold.
Holland Park’s two clusters will initially consist of 161 studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units. It will be built close to Southwoods Mall and the soon-to-rise office and BPO buildings, and is expected to be completed in 2017.
