Local property developer New San Jose Builders, Inc. recently launched a new campaign in an effort to make the Filipino dream of owning a home a reality. Dubbed “Say Yes to San Jose,” the campaign’s goal is to strengthen the company’s goal of delivering high quality, affordable, accessible, secure, and comfortable homes.
“We would like our projects to serve as a haven for our countrymen where they can relax, rest, (and) engage in leisure and sports activities, but still be near business and commercial establishments,” NSJBI chairman Jose Acuzar said in a statement.
The “Say Yes to San Jose” campaign follows 5 platforms: quality, as NSJBI guarantees well-designed and well-built structures; accessibility, as seen in the strategic locations of the company’s projects; security, for the 24/7 protection provided in all of NSJBI’s developments; comfort through their features and amenities; and price, which is affordable through accessible financing packages.
“NSJBI wants to establish sustainable communities that will lift the Filipino’s living standards,” Acuzar added.
During a round table discussion with the press where NSJBI announced that they have reached their 2013 target during the first half of the previous year alone, the developer revealed future plans for the brand, which includes increasing their presence in the market through ads, strengthening their research and development to further lower production costs, and developing low-cost housing projects in other locations.
Established in 1986, New San Jose Builders, Inc. is a privately held real estate company with Acuzar as chairman, Dr. Isagani Germar as co-chairman, and Engr. Cesar Sanqui as president. Their developments can be found in Quezon City (Victoria Towers, Victoria Tower D, Victoria Station 1 and Victoria Station 2, and Victoria de Morato), Manila (Victoria de Manila 1 and Victoria de Manila 2), Taguig (Fort Victoria), Makati (Victoria de Makati) and Valenzuela (Isabelle de Valenzuela).
