RLC is tapping the RFO market with Right Homes by Jillian CariolaPublished: March 6, 2014Updated: December 2, 2014

Easy financial options will allow you to pay for a unit while already living in it.

“Right here, right now” is the slogan of Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) for their RFO brand Right Homes, which promises to take away the wait that comes with buying pre-selling condos by offering completed units on a for-sale or lease-to-own basis.

“There are people who can’t afford to pay for amortization and rent at the same time. But it’s important for them to invest in a place or buy a home where there is a single payment,” Mybelle V. Aragon-GoBio, senior vice-president of Robinsons Luxuria, Robinsons Residences, and Robinsons Communities, mentioned.

Through Right Homes, buyers can purchase RFO units from specific developments under RLC’s three property arms: the affordable Robinsons Communities (Escalades at 20th Avenue, Gateway Garden Ridge, Woodsville Viverde Mansions, The Wellington Courtyard), the mid-range Robinsons Residences (East of Galleria, Vimana Verde Residences, One Gateway Place, Gateway Garden Heights, Gateway Regency, Adriatico Residences, The Trion Towers, Fifth Avenue Place, McKinley Park Residences, The Fort Residences), and the high-end Robinsons Luxuria (Sonata Private Residences – Tower 1).

Situated in sites like Quezon City, Bonifacio Global City, Mandaluyong, Parañaque, Cebu, and Tagaytay, RLC says these developments are in prime locations that allow residents quick access to city centers and public transportation.

All developments, says RLC, are built with standard amenities that cater to residents’ needs, such as pools, gyms, function rooms, chapels, playgrounds, and open outdoor spaces.

On top of delivering high-quality and comfortable homes, RLC also pointed out that partnering with some of the major banks in the country allows them to offer various financing options to different buyers, such as a two-year lease-to-own package. The program will let a resident rent the unit for 24 months, with an option to buy the unit for the remaining amount after rental payment has been credited to the sales price or final cost at the end of the lease.

“The notion of an RFO is that you pay in full. What potential buyers don’t know is that we offer friendly payment terms,” Right Homes sales head Roel Maglaya said.

Another service that RLC highlighted is free interior design consultancy, allowing residents to personalize their units. According to RLC vice-president for business development Kaye Sanchez, aside from their in-house designers, they are also teaming up with renowned firms who work on celebrity homes.
