For the second straight year, property developer Sta. Lucia Land, Inc. (SLI) recently named popular actress Bea Alonzo as their official brand ambassador to represent SLI’s wide range of brands and over 210 real estate projects.

According to SLI’s chief executive officer and president Exequiel Robles, the actress is the perfect endorser to represent SLI as she fits their brand image very well. “Bea is a strong-willed woman. She’s the type who would strive hard to fulfill her dreams and do whatever it takes to get what she wants. But unlike the stereotypical millennial, she’s wise enough to invest in her future,” Robles stated.

The formal contract signing was held at Romulo Café in Quezon City. During the event, Alonzo explained that she truly believes in and is a fan of the brand, investing and choosing a property by SLI even before she became their brand ambassador. She considers it a great honor to have been considered and chosen to represent the brand.

Siyempre, hindi ako nagdalawang-isip and I readily said yes. Ito ang lagi kong sinasabi. I only endorse products and companies na pinaniniwalaan ko—and Sta. Lucia is one of them,” she said.

Alonzo has started living alone since she was 19 and a condo unit became her first independent home. She quipped: “I had fun living in a condo. It taught me how to be independent, how to pay the bills, and how to have a say in its design.”

When asked what her home essentials are, she revealed she’s into home scents. “I love home scents. Even at work, I bring home scents so I feel comfortable, especially when we have to work for around 18 hours. Sometimes, I like oils. Sometimes, I like scented candles,” Alonzo said.

In addition to her Sta. Lucia property in Pasig, she also invested in one of the company’s premiere condo-hotel developments Splendido Taal Towers along the Nasugbu–Tagaytay National Highway. She also considers investing in another SLI residential development in Quezon City.

It is considered one of the Philippines’ biggest real estate developers in terms of combined land area (totaling 10,000 hectares).
