Stateland opens the gates of Gran Avila by Jillian CariolaPublished: March 3, 2014Updated: December 2, 2014

Economic homes in Stateland’s latest Laguna project start at Php 650k.

Stateland, Inc. recently brought another budget-friendly housing option to Laguna as it officially launched Gran Avila in Barangay Majada, Calamba. During the event that saw the likes of Mayor Justin Marc SB. Chipeco and Pag-IBIG Fund president and CEO Atty. Darlene Marie Berberabe, Stateland took the public on a tour of the model houses that will soon rise within the 16.25-hectare project.

“We are all very excited for this, another project of Stateland. We will be able to provide another well-built and well-developed community in the Laguna area. We are once again privileged to serve our hardworking countrymen with the houses they deserve for very affordable prices,” according to Stateland’s senior vice president of sales and marketing Delie Chua.

Gran Avila will have a total of 1,222 homes ranging from single-storey single-attached units to two-storey townhomes. The Legato is a one-bedroom, one-storey rowhouse with a floor area of 25 sqm. The Solo, a two-bedroom, single-attached bungalow, has a floor area of 36 sqm. A two-bedroom, two-storey townhouse, the Stanza has a 43-sqm floor area. The Alto is a three-bedroom, two-storey, single-attached unit with a floor area of 60 sqm.

To accommodate the leisure and recreational needs of residents, the community will also feature a multi-purpose hall, children’s playground, and a main open space. For safety, Gran Avila will be fronted by a landscaped main gate with a guardhouse and surrounded by a perimeter fence.

As an economic housing project, Gran Avila homes are tagged as low as Php 650,000, while the most expensive unit goes for Php 1.250 million. Still, Stateland assures that despite their affordable cost, each home in Gran Avila adheres to industry standards to deliver high quality and comfort.

“We are very meticulous and very keen about every single detail. We want system and order in our every project, and that became the Stateland trademark,” Chua said.
