A lot-only enclave is also in the pipeline for Vista Land’s flagship Iloilo community.
Local real estate brand Vista Land & Lifescapes, Inc, will build a City Center within their flagship Iloilo City development, Savannah City. According to the brand, this new project will cater to the growing population’s need for outdoor recreation and socialization by offering malls, hotels, event places, amusement parks, and country clubs. To provide other necessities, the City Center will also be home to institutions and establishments such as BPO offices, hospitals, and churches.
“There are approximately 8,000 to 10,000 residents in Savannah City, increasing at an average of 10% yearly. It is, then, our role to expand our boundaries and integrate various developments in our community to connect our residents to everything they need, letting them enjoy an upgraded and balanced lifestyle they truly deserve,” Camella Operating Head for Visayas Atty. Pam Gako said.
Vista Land also increased the community’s home offerings with the introduction of the Grande series, homes that measure 125-200 sqm and cost up to Php 8 million. In addition, the brand will build a high-end, lot-only enclave with lots measuring 500-1,000 sqm.
“Aside from being an ideal home for end-users, Savannah City is also the perfect place for lot-only investors, investors reselling their home and investors in the business of renting out homes. Our property prices escalate at 5%-10% yearly, giving our investors a high rate of return on their investment,” Gako explained.
Savannah City is a 500-hectare masterplanned community located in Oton-Pavia-San Miguel, Iloilo. It currently has five residential enclaves, establishments like schools, a football field, a community services and utilities center; and internal and external shuttles.
