Sellers and buyers were treated to an informative networking afternoon during Avida Land’s sales event held earlier this month at Romulo’s Café in Quezon City. Dubbed “Tagaytay Sojourn”, the event was more than just to reintroduce Serin West Tagaytay; it also aimed to bring attendees up to date on what it’s like to live in the south, and to give them tips on real estate investing.
Representing the south was Inquirer RED magazine managing editor and Philippine Daily Inquirer columnist Mara Santillan Miano, who shed light on the perks of southern living.
BPI Asset Management and Trust Group manager/investment counselor Ryan Dexter S. Santos presented his case on the importance of investing in real estate and how easy it is to apply for a bank loan to buy your dream property.
From Avida’s corner was Serin West Tagaytay project development manager Christine Frialde, who was on hand to showcase what the Tagaytay-based project has to offer.
Serin West Tagaytay is Avida Land’s residential retreat in Tagaytay, offering a total of over 450 units within its 2 towers. Unit sizes range from 22-80 sqm, the smallest units selling for Php 2.1 million. Amenities include adult and kiddie pools, children’s play area, garden and open spaces, multipurpose hall/clubhouse, and a walkway with trellises.
