Learn while earning credits at PMRB’s seminars

Renewing your broker’s license? PMRB wants to help you earn the credits you need through their Continuing Professional Development seminars.

Calling all real estate brokers: here’s your chance to increase your knowledge while earning the credit hours you need to renew your license. The Pasay-Makati Realty Board, Inc. (PMRB) is offering a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Seminars on June 14, 21, 28, and July 5 from 8 AM to 5 PM at the Lower Ground Floor Training Room of Skyland Plaza Building (Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City).

The seminars, which will be a total of 28 hours, will cover various subjects including contracts and documentation (by Atty. Rhodora L. Dapula); principle of floor area ratio in real estate (by Marissa Y. Benitez); and subdivision development (by Arch. Jose De Guzman).

The regular fee per day is Php 1,500. For PMRB members, rates are Php 1,000 if in good standing or Php 1,300 if not in good standing. Fees are inclusive of seminar materials, lunch and snacks, and the CPE certificate of attendance.
