Willowtree Development Corporation’s plans to add to its Baguio development, The Residences at Brent, is on track as it recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for Hackett Hall.

“This ceremony marks the next significant step for our development project. We cannot be more grateful for the warm reception of the market with the first building.” Willowtree Development Corporation Vice-President for Marketing and Sales Ulysses Gaerlan said.

Present during the event were Willowtree president Dick Robbins and vice president and treasurer Joaquin R. Buenaflor, as well as representatives of the Episcopal Church in the Philippines, Brent International School Baguio, and the city government.

Hacket Hall is the second of seven buildings to rise in The Residences at Brent, the first being the ready-for-occupancy Hamilton Hall. The five-level Hackett Hall will offer 26 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, all of which will be equipped with features like cabinets, an automatic sprinkler system, and a balcony.

The building itself will offer various amenities, such as a designer lobby, back-up water supply and stand-by generator, and 24-hour CCTV.
