With the All Day stores, Camella is creating self-sustaining communities to make things easier for residents.
Camella, the affordable to mid-market subsidiary of Vista Land, is making life for its residents more convenient by bringing in the All Day chain stores into its masterplanned communities. This move, according to Camella, will give residents access to the basic necessities at any time of the day.
“In Camella, we prioritize our homebuyers’ convenience. It is our commitment to ensure that they obtain not merely a residence, but an upgraded lifestyle in our communities; thus, we are continuously innovating and thinking of ways to give them better service,” Vista Land Chief Marketing Officer Red Rosales explained.
The All Day Convenience Store targets the so-called “grab-and-go shoppers” by offering grocery products and fast food meals, as well as bills payment services. The All Day Mart is a mini market that carries various goods ranging from alcoholic beverages to fresh produce to health and beauty products.
Camella’s masterplanned communities – which include Camella Tierra Nevada in Cavite, Camella Savannah City in Iloilo, and Camella Riverscapes in Cebu – are also built with amenities like function halls, swimming pools, play courts, parks and gardens, and shuttle services. Offices and commercial centers are also set to rise within these communities.
“The concept of self-sustaining environment in Camella communities has received positive feedbacks from our homeowners. Hence, the company will continue this strategy in existing and future developments,” Rosales added.
