Privacy and a holistic family life are the highlights of Filinvest Premiere’s San Juan development, Fortune Hill.
During the press briefing, Filinvest Land senior vice president for international and special projects Steve Chien explained that Fortune Hill is for those who enjoy exclusive living in a low-density development. He added that with the project’s amenities and its nearby schools, its specific targets are families with school-aged children.
Located at the corner of P. Gomez and P. Burgos, Fortune Hill's design aesthetic combines modern Oriental with traditional values. The condo has a total of 92 2- and 3-bedroom units in its two towers: the Gold Tower has 40 units and the Platinum Tower has 52. The two-bedroom units range from 98sqm to 110sqm and are selling for Php 15 million. The three-bedroom units, which sell for Php 20-25 million, have sizes ranging from 152sqm to 155.39sqm. Each unit is delivered finished and comes with one parking slot. According to Filinvest, around 25 or 26 units out of 92 have already been sold.
Fortune Hill project head Marge Siao revealed that Filinvest has allotted a capital of over Php 1 billion for the construction of Fortune Hill, which will be completed by the fourth quarter of 2016.
Filinvest guarantees low-density living and a high level of privacy for all residents by limiting each floor of both towers to just four units. Even accessing a condo remains exclusive through customized security cards that activate the elevators, which stop only at the unit owner’s personal lobby. In the garage, guest parking is also separate from residents’ slots.
Part of Fortune Hill's safety elements are the CCTV cameras, 24-hour security, automated fire alarm system, and a shuttle service for students attending nearby schools.
Facilities for the whole family
Over 3,000 sqm of the entire development is dedicated to green space and amenities, all of which provide health and wellness. Aside from a 350-sqm events room, a family club with game room, and a private mini theater, there are certain amenities designed exclusively for the use of Fortune Hill’s adult and young residents.
Adults are provided with a 20-meter lap and infinity pool, fitness center, functional lockers and changing rooms, sundeck, meditation garden, and landscaped lobby courtyard. Facilities especially for kids include a library, indoor daycare center, music room, outdoor playground, and kiddie pool.
Green features for sustainability
Fortune Hill also has certain sustainable features to help residents save energy, said Chien. Some of these green factors are low-E glass windows, low-flow toilets and water-saving faucets, and the cross-ventilation architecture of the development itself.
The E-Box Programmable Energy Saving System (E-Box), which allows the user to control all devices in the unit for better energy efficiency, is an optional add-on feature.
