GERI ramps up Southwoods City’s residential development due to high demand

Southwoods City’s residential village Pahara is almost already sold out, according to GERI.

Tourism estate developer Global-Estate Resort, Inc. (GERI) recently announced that they’re fast-tracking the development of Southwoods City’s residential village Pahara due to high demand after only three months of launching the Southern Manila township.

“The great location of Southwoods City is one of the primary reasons that our buyers would tell us why they prefer to purchase residential lots at PAHARA,” says Rachelle Peñaflorida, vice president for sales and marketing, Megaworld Global-Estate, Inc.

According to GERI, Pahara is almost 75% sold out, prompting them to launch the second and third phases of the development ahead of schedule. Phase two will add 188 lots to the village, while three will have 275 lots.

GERI predicts that the residential village will deliver total sales of Php 2 billion.

Southwoods City is a 561-hectare township adjoining Carmona, Cavite and Biñan, Laguna. Surrounded by the Manila Southwoods Golf and Country Club, the development promises a live-work-play-learn-golf lifestyle for future residents.

GERI is investing Php 10 billion for the 10-year development of Southwoods City, which will feature a cyberpark, hotel and resort, commercial and retail hubs, office towers, residential condos, and sports and leisure facilities.

Property giant Megaworld Corporation, which recently acquired GERI, will take over the design, conceptualization, and masterplanning of the township, as well as the management of the office towers and commercial components of the township.
