Megaworld will soon introduce The Courtyard by Marriott Hotel to the Western Visayas region.

To bring an international flair to traveler accommodation in Western Visayas, Philippine real estate developer Megaworld is set to build The Courtyard by Marriot Hotel right in their existing project, the 72-hectare mixed-use development Iloilo Business Park.
The Courtyard by Marriot Hotel will be the brand’s first hotel in the Philippines and will offer first-class accommodation to travelers within the area by providing guests with ‘smart, energizing choices so that they can make the most of their time on the road.’

Built 15 storeys high, the hotel comprises 121 king rooms, 140 doubles, 32 executive rooms and 16 suites, coming to a total of 314 rooms. The Courtyard’s amenities include a lounge bar, meeting rooms, swimming pool with a bar, outdoor bar-and-grill, state-of-the-art gym and business center.
According to Gassner, the Courtyard will also feature a restaurant that serves a variety of international and local cuisines that the brand is known for.
