RLC's latest vertical residential development will offer reasonable pricing and comfortable living to the mid-income market.
Robinsons Communities, a brand under property developer Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC), will soon be making its presence known in Greenhills with the sound of "Chimes", a residential condominium said to blend comfort and reasonable pricing while living within San Juan City.
Chimes Greenhills, according to RLC, is named after the sound-producing home decor and is styled as such to "promote Zen", as well as to "harness the good chi" of Annapolis Street. Designed by architects Jonathan Gan and Conrad Erfe, Chimes’ dominant feature is indeed its likeness to wind chimes, possessing a façade of glass and stone, as well as an overall structure that allows good ventilation and ample natural lighting.
Rising 40 storeys on a 1,129-sqm lot, the development will comprise of a total of 372 residential units ranging from studios to 3-bedroom structures starting at the 17th floor. With units starting at Php 2.1 million, RLC hopes to offer reasonable pricing to the mid-income market with the comfort of living within one of the busiest cities in the Metro.
"Affordability is the key component of Robinsons Communities," RLC senior vice president Mybelle V. Aragon-GoBio said. "We offer attractive payment schemes and always indicate the entry level. Moreover, our developments are located along the prime peripheries of the business districts or prime suburban areas.”
According to Robinsons Communities senior director for business development Teddy Bernas, RLC is offering what they call ‘affordable affluence’ through Chimes Greenhills by reaching out to the upper middle and middle income groups and offering spaces that are both well-designed and affordable.
"Our major competitors provide larger units while some have no studios. We have focused on efficient planning, allowing us to offer right-sized units at affordable prices,” he explained.
Another feature to be incorporated into RLC’s first Greenhills project is a Summit Hotel, a 100-unit accommodation which will be located at levels 11-16.
“Summit Hotel would definitely lend further prestige to our residential building,” Aragon-GoBio noted, citing the success of the high-end residential condominium Galleria Regency, which is located within Crowne Plaza Hotel.
Chimes Greenhills' amenities include a fitness gym, a play pod, a games station, a pool, a sky lounge, a sky garden, and a private theater. RLC estimates a turnover date of May 2019.
