Valenza by Crown Asia offers a treasure trove of opportunities

A wide model home portfolio and various design options help buyers live the life they want in Valenza.

Crown Asia believes in giving their buyers the life that suits their wants and needs. In Valenza, their 25-hectare Italian-inspired residential development in Laguna, there are more than a few ways to mix and match the elements of each home according to the owner's style preferences and budget.

"It really depends on what the buyer really wants, and their budget as well. We want them to have flexibility,” managing director Mary Lee Sadiasa said.

House models in varying styles
Crown Asia’s recent launch of the Bellini and Martini model homes has not only increased Valenza’s house models, but has also widened their market reach. Bellini is the smallest unit at 91sqm, and is also the most affordable with a price of Php 5 million. Following closely is the 117-sqm Martini at Php 5.5-6 million.

“We launched Bellini early this year to cater to a Php 5-million market segment,” Sadiasa explained. “Tumataas na e. All the other houses that we have here start at Php 6 million. So for us to cater to a wider range of market, we start at Php 5 million.”

Design options based on needs, wants
Crown Asia offers three options for finishes in their units: classic, premium, and luxury. Classic finishing offers smaller tiles and no closets in the bedroom. A premium upgrade gets you features like 6x6 tiles and closets in the Master's Bedroom. If you want to go all out with a luxury finish, all bedrooms will be equipped with cabinets.

"It's not super-customized. The reason why we have three options is so they can choose based on ano yung requirements that they have. Maybe they don't want (what we have). They have their own taste, what cabinets they want to place. We're giving the clients the flexibility based on their needs and wants," Sadiasa explained.

For those who want everything in place at moving day, an additional Php 100,000 can get you an all-in unit, which includes a granite kitchen countertop, closets in all rooms, and upgraded floorings.

While Crown Asia is flexible regarding a unit's interiors, they have certain rules when it comes to exterior customization. "If they would be introducing improvements, it's subject to our approval. It should conform with the Italian image so that the overall feel of the entire subdivision would still be the same," Sadiasa noted.

A wealth of amenities
Aside from high-quality homes, Valenza also offers a host of facilities that promote comfort and safety, such as 24/7 security, a  clubhouse, and a swimming pool. The park has the common elements that you’d normally see, such as a playground and a jogging path, but Crown Asia incorporated several other features unique to the subdivision. The park also has functional art in the form of “lawnges” (lounge chairs made of lawn material like grass and soil), benches made of adobe and grass, and a bridge. Other features include small labirynths, which have been decorated with colored wood chips; and a functional giant chess board.

A large part of this area is also being dedicated to a nursery for greenery like pine trees, seedlings, and frog grass, which they use for Valenza's landscaping.
