Italpinas Euroasian Design and Eco-Development Corporation (ITPI Corp) is a real estate development firm dedicated to developing high performance real estate properties that protect the natural environment. To achieve this, we make use of cutting-edge design and development strategies that start with a deep analysis of the target site’s climate and its cultural, social and economic conditions. Located in the Philippines, we are the very first real estate developers in the country to make use of this approach. Even if we are a relatively young company, we have already received many awards from prestigious international competitions and organizations, such as the International Property Awards, the Southeast Asia Property Awards, Design Against the Elements Awards, and Climate Technology Initiative Private Financing Advisory Network. We also partner with organizations that support social responsibility, like the Philippine Green Building Council, Habitat for Humanity Philippines, and Compassion and Responsibility for Animals. In order to expect change, we must also do our part.
ITPI was founded by Arch. Romolo V. Nati, a multi-awarded Italian green architect and sustainable developer who presently serves as the company’s Executive Chairman and CEO, and Atty, Jose D. Leviste III, a former Associate Solicitor at Toda & Co. Commercial Lawyers in Australia who currently holds the position of ITPI President.
In its February 2014 issue, National Geographic Magazine recognized Nati and Leviste as the Philippines’ new business leaders. Dr. Joey Leviste is ITPI’s Non-Executive Chair. He has been listed as one of the most influential people in the Philippines by BizNews Asia.
