MyProperty.ph celebrated its first successful year at NUVO bar in Greenbelt, Makati. The by-invitation event was joined by Jake Cuenca, John Hall, Gretchen Fullido, Jaycee Parker, Katya Santos, and Zara Lopez amongst the crowd. Also, the brand new platform was introduced, find out what's to come early next year.
In celebration of one year of providing quality classifieds and information for real estate buyers and sellers in the Philippines, MyProperty.ph held its first anniversary last October 27 at NUVO Bar.

The by-invitation-only anniversary party was well-attended by Jake Cuenca, John Hall, Gretchen Fullido, Jaycee Parker, Katya Santos, and Zara Lopez amongst the crowd. Also in strong attendance were real estate brokers, developers such as DMCI, SMDC, and Ayala Land Premier and bank representatives such as Bank of the Philippine Islands. Guests enjoyed cocktails as they celebrated the success of MyProperty.ph.

In its first year, MyProperty.ph has positioned itself as the premier real estate classifieds website in the Philippines. Lisa Gokongwei-Cheng, president of Summit Media says, “The first year of MyProperty.ph has been very successful for the group. A short program was given, showing the positive growth of the website during their sterling first year with an increase of site visitors, page views, and property listings on the site.

With this new platform, MyProperty.ph is expected to be more user-friendly with an easy-to-use interface and a clean and modern design. The new platform will have more advertising options to effectively showcase premium properties, better integration with the latest and most popular social networking sites for greater advertising reach via word-of-mouth, faster loading time and greater website stability, and optimized for better search ranking. Developed by the Switzerland-based Technology Company Media Swiss Group, XBASE is expected officially go live by early next year.
