In 1992, the Haus-Land Assets and Realty took a bold step to develop a four-hectare property in Angeles City. It was named Villa Regina, which yielded 125 lots that was completed and sold in one-year's time. Despite the slow sow of property development in Pampanga following Mt. Pinatubo eruption, Haus-Land still pursued Rosaryville Subdivision in Capas, Tarlac which generated 174 house and lot packages. This first project assisted under the National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation's Socialized Housing Development Program was finished and fully disposed also in a year's time.

With its favorable track record for Rosaryville, Haus-Land obtained further assistance from NHMFC for its four other projects in Pangasinan and Tarlac. The rest of Haus-Land's subdivision projects which ensued in the succeeding years got funding from Pag- IBIG and other financing institutions. Of the 6,141 housing packages it expects to produce from its seventeen subdivision projects, about 3,785 of them are now completed.
