Platform & Data Assistant/Associate

Responsibilities:
  • Performs routine maintenance tasks for the web-based platform.  This includes data conflict management, data quality improvements, content abuse management.
  • Performs data analysis, cleanup and reporting.
  • Coordinates with different teams in resolving functional and/or technical issues.
  • Become an expert user of the web platform/application and master data being maintained.
  • Supports Sales and Customer Service in processing customer data into the database system.
Requirements:
  1. Candidate must be very familiar with the Internet and use of web applications similar to blog sites, CMS and or social networking sites.
  2. Candidate must be proactive, organized and team-oriented.
  3. Candidate must be very good in oral and written English.
  4. Heavy experience in use of MS Office applications, specifically in Excel or Access, is highly preferred.
  5. Technical programming experience is not required, but background in programming and database management a big plus.

Marketing Associate

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development of a detailed marketing plan that outlines the thematic brand identity, thematic and tactical objectives, and the communication channels that will be utilized for the year  
  • Identify the target audience and conduct related primary and secondary research  
  • Derive consumer insights based on an understanding of the market's psychographics  
  • Study the competitive landscape and make recommendations to stay at par or ahead of competition                  
  • Identify target advertisers and understand their advertising requirements
  • Prepare briefing for creative team
  • Assist in the conceptualization of the marketing message  
  • Help oversee the execution of the various communications efforts 
  • Assign tasks to suppliers, support departments, etc. and oversee and coordinate all efforts 
  • Manage timelines and negotiations with third parties 
  • Monitor all communications efforts and assess effectivity whenever measurable
Requirements:
  1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or other related fields like Management and Business.
  2. Position needs someone who is hardworking, creative, a quick learner, independent, and attentive to details.
  3. Knowledge or interest in the automotive industry is a plus.

Telesales

Responsibilities:
  • Cold call clients to offer the product and services of the company
  • Explain clearly over the phone what the products are, sell the product and close the deals via telephone.
  • Target new clients to be paying advertisers
  • Manage and maintain small accounts via telephone
  • To deliver the required sales targets
Requirements:
  1. Candidate must have good verbal and written communication skills
  2. Sales oriented and proactive
  3. Can creative explain via telephone the products being offered
  4. Can work under pressure

Junior Account Managers

Responsibilities:
  • Build network of clients (brokers and in house agents) who will post their property listings in our website  
  • Target new clients to be our paying customers and increase sales potentials
  • Manage and maintain present account
  • Conduct actual presentations to prospects and present clients
  • Provide good professional relationship with our clients and the company
  • Monitor efficiency of the products and make sure the client needs are met.
Requirements:
  1. Candidate must posses a Bachelors Degree in Advertising/ Management/ Commerce or any other related fields
  2. Must be driven, sales-oriented, articulate, proactive, resourceful and organized
  3. Good verbal and written communication skills
  4. Knowledgeable in MS office
  5. Can work under pressure

Responsibilities:
  • Will handle all post sales inbound queries and concerns
