.Area of a little over 13 hectares with about one (1) kilometre long, white sand beach front facing westward toward the West Philippine Sea (South China Sea) . .
There is plenty of other islands around which protect the main beach from big waves. Unlike most island beaches in Palawan which is just a patch of white sand beach and tall cliffs behind/around, this property has a very wide flat area about 100 to 150 meters from the beach covering the entire length of the main beach until you reach the hills that rise across the entire island from North to South. .
The property extends up to and includes about 1/3 of the next cove which also has a white sanded beach and is separated from it by a small plateau and small hills that extends to the sea.
.There is a fresh water source (a well) at the end of the property behind the main beach at the foot of the hills, and this is where the property's guard and even natives from the neighbouring islands draw their drinking water.
.There are no squatters and there are planted dwarf coconut trees but there are also plenty of older coconut trees on the flat area of the property and some cashew and mango trees on the hills and plateau. .
The slope of the main beach is gradual and at low tide, you can wade for about 50 meters with the water only up to your knees to thighs and aside from patches of corals, it is all white sand and sea grass. .
After this you will reach the corals and you can walk on them for about 100 meters with the water reaching your chest to neck. After this is a drop-off of about 3 to 4 meters before the white sanded bottom gradually deepens to about 10 to 12 meters.
