STATUS OF THE PROJECT
Building 1 is already completed and Ready for Occupancy, but buyer is given a chance to pay the equity for 6 months.
Required cash out is P150,000 balance of 100,000 payable in 6 months. Target turn over
June 2021.
Building 2 – Same price, P1,950,000 same floor area, same everything, fully furnished, etc. but equity of
P250,000 is payable in 18 months.
For both building 1 and 2, Balance of equity is through Pag-ibig. If through bank, the equity is 20% of the
price, while 80% loanable amount. Banks cannot allow 25 to 30 years for any borrower, but the length
or terms of payment would vary depending on the capacity of the buyer
Type of construction of the building is CAST IN PLACE. Much much stronger and durable than hollow
block. The aisles flooring is made of marble.

Condominium dues: To be decided by the homeowners association themselves. But based on their
finished and operating project (2018) in Lamac Consolacion, the association due there is P200 per unit
