5. Parking

Parking is free for you and your customers But it is on a first-come-first served basis.

6. Contract Term

Minimum Contract Term is 2 years. But if you will do major renovation, like demolition of walls, etc., we require a minimum of 3 years.

7. Security Deposit

Equivalent to 3 months rental

Required to reserve the unit.

8. Rental and other payments

Mandatory issuance of monthly post-dated checks covering the entire contract term, upon contract signing.

10.  Utilities
