6. Contract Term
Minimum Contract Term is 2 years. But if you will do major renovation, like demolition of walls, etc., we require a minimum of 3 years.
7. Security Deposit
Equivalent to 3 months rental

8. Rental and other payments
Mandatory issuance of monthly post-dated checks covering the entire contract term, upon contract signing.
The provisions for electricity and water are delineated and assigned per unit. That means, the tenant will be the one to apply for their electricity service with Angeles Electric Corporation..
For the water supply of 4th floor units, it is already included in the Maintenance Dues (#3 Above).
