Tagged as Metro Manila’s upcoming entertainment city, Parañaque, which shares borders with Pasay to the north, Las Piñas and Muntinlupa to the south, and Taguig to the east, is considered as one of the most successful cities in the National Capital Region. The third largest city in Metro Manila in terms of land area, Parañaque is home to many well-known gated communities and subdivisions, including BF Homes, Merville Park, Multinational Village, Moonwalk Village, Better Living Subdivision, and Gatchalian Village, among many others.
Parañaque is also known as the location of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport’s Terminal 1, Duty Free’s Fiesta Mall, and the popular Dampa, and more recently as the location of Entertainment City, a massive reclaimed land from Manila Bay that is now home to multi-billion-dollar resort casinos, upscale condos, and up-and-coming business districts.
Sitting close to Parañaque’s well-known villages and subdivisions are some of Metro Manila’s popular affordable condo developments. Condos for rent in Parañaque are highly sought-after, given the city’s close proximity to Makati, Alabang, the Bay City, and the airport.
One of the most well-known condo developments to rise in Parañaque is Century Properties’ Azure Urban Resort Residences—a seven-tower development, each of which is named after the world’s iconic destinations (Rio, Santorini, St. Tropez, Positano, Miami, Maui, and Maldives). This project, which was endorsed by celebrity Paris Hilton, has a man-made beach complete with white sands and waves and an exclusive beach club. Condo units in Azure range from 32-sqm one-bedroom apartments to 67-sqm three-bedroom flats. A one-bedroom condo unit for rent in Azure, for example, has a rental rate of Php22,000 per month.
If living close to both the airport and the Bay City is preferred, then may we suggest DMCI Homes’ Arista Place. Located in Barangay Santo Niño, this 11-tower mid-rise condo project is complete with resort-themed amenities, including swimming pools, badminton and basketball courts, children’s playground, a function hall for events and parties, and a game room, among others. Units here are all two-bedroom apartments, ranging in size from 53 to 79 sqm. A 75-sqm unfurnished unit here is currently for rent for Php25,000 per month.
Also by DMCI Homes is Sienna Park Residences located in Better Living, Barangay Don Bosco. Similar to Artista Place, this development features 11 mid-rise towers, each of which offer two-bedroom and three-bedroom condo apartments (37–70 sqm). A two-bedroom condo unit in Sienna Park Residences is listed for rent on MyProperty for Php18,000 per month.
As a city definitely on the rise, Parañaque offers plenty of condo developments, both resale and preselling, that are good locations to find condos for rent. Make sure to check our MyProperty.ph for the latest properties listed by licensed Filipino real estate brokers.
