New Manila may be popular as home to large properties of old families who relocated here after World War II, but this area is also now getting the attention of property developers, who are building condo projects here. They include Robinsons’ Magnolia Residences, Rockwell Primaries’ 53 Benitez, and DMCI Homes’ The Amaryllis, among others. A typical one-bedroom apartment in Magnolia Residences, which measures 36 sqm, can be had for Php5 million, while a two-bedroom condo unit in 53 Benitez normally has an asking price of Php6.5 million.
