Here are the promo mechanics:

1. The discount shall be applicable to qualified buyers upon buyer’s booking of the unit.

2. The discount shall be applied to the Total Selling Price of the house models upon notification by CRG of a new booking. Applicable LMF and VAT will thereafter computed.

3. The 700K discount is applicable to the first 20 bookings per month for Alexandra, Gabrielle, Margaret, Colleen, Candice and Haven Single Attached Homes during the promo period.

4. Promo runs from January 1 to June  30, 2022.

5. The first 4 sales agents to sell Alexandra and Gabrielle and first 3 sales agents to sell Margaret house models will receive P10,000.00 reservation gifts after the buyers pay the 3rd equity on the due date. It will be credited through their sales commission accounts. FCG shall inform Sales Ops once the reservation gifts are credited.  The agent's reservation gift will be forfeited if the buyer fails to pay the 3rd equity on its due date.  This is valid for January sales only.

6. The discount shall be available for new bookings only. The discounts are not applicable for transfers, recons, rebooking, or other requests from existing buyer accounts.
