Property descriptionOur property is located in Manlomanat near Barangay Tupa. It is a quiet place with just some few houses. People are friendly, hospitable and peaceful.Access is convieniently possible from 2 sites. One access is from the National Highway coming from Alaminos/Bani. The road had been recently concreted. So it is also safe during rainy season. You will pass by invisibly the 3 Bolinao waterfalls. They are tourist attractions. The road passes through our property and leads to Barangay Tupa. From here you can continue down to Bolinao/Balingasay. This is the 2nd access to Manlomanat. You end at the Bolinao-River bridge. Left hand the road leads you to countless beach resorts of all kinds of quality. Going right you go to Bolinao town proper. Bolinao is a sizzling marketplace. Development of infrastructure is rapid. We will have all kinds of more than basic shoping possibilities. No need to go to Alaminos or even Manila.Bolinao is the end station of some of the reputable bus liners like 5 Star, Victory Liner, Dagupan bus and Genesis and of course a couple of so called Mini buses. All of them go to Manila. You just sit down in the bus and leave it in Manila. This is safe and comfortable.Back to our lot: The area is elevated. populated with all kinds of trees, especially, Coco-nut, Mango, Mahogony and shrub, partially with pasture land. Right hand the area falls down down to a small valley with some Mango trees. During rainy season there is a little creek.Time ago we had drilled for water. The well is clocked now. That means permanent water is available after drilling around 60 feet deep. We have local drilling companies. Electrical powerline is coming from the haighway and goes all the way to Tupa passing through Manlomanat.
