This profit is more than triple the instant profit that can be made when purchasing unit MACR-18F at Aruga Resort and Residences. Unlike at Aruga, top-floor units with sunset views are not available anymore at The Residences at Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort.Our ask price will follow the development of condo prices in the area, so we will periodically update our ask price so that it will properly reflect price developments in the market.
